about neuroVasix
established in May 2005 as a privately owned company, neuroVasix obtained the EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO MAKE AND MARKET THE MicroVas TECHNOLOGY. Since then, it has sold and supports about 1,000 systems in many markets, having sold systems to medical doctors, osteopathic physicians, podiatrists, physical therapists, various clinics, hospitals, veteran homes, nursing homes, professional athletes and sports teams. As neuroVasix expands its sales, each of these markets will continue to be of significant importance. Currently, neuroVasix management is focusing its sales efforts in three major areas: treatment of neuropathy, treatment of wounds, and podiatry
about the MicroVas system
a patented, FDA 510-K registered, non-invasive vascular treatment device that delivers electrical currents to targeted areas within the human body. MicroVas delivers a powerful, deeply penetrating waveform that causes blood to pump more efficiently through the micro circulation in damaged tissue (drain the venous beds and raise tissue oxygen levels) to accelerate the healing process. MicroVas’ therapeutic effects are dramatic and lasting. Health care professionals familiar with MicroVas consider it an important new tool in the treatment of neuropathy, non-healing wounds, repetitive motion disorders, fibromyalgia, sports injuries and many other conditions related to vascular insufficiency

CURRENT STATUS (12/11)
The COURT has GRANTED the NEUROVASIX APPLICATION FOR CONTEMPT CITATION for SALES, WEBSITE MARKETING, and SERVICE OF SYSTEMS. ADDITIONALLY, NEUROVASIX IS AGGRESSIVELY PURSUING ADDING THE MARKETING OF "ECHO PULSE"
On 12/06/11 The COURT issued an order demanding MTI (MSI) pay NEUROVASIX, which they have not done, and if they do not, NEUROVASIX WILL FORECLOSE ON THEIR ASSETS
REGARDING the "ECHO PULSE"
It is actually older (referred to as PREDICATE DEVICE BY THE FDA) than the MicroVas, NOT NEWER as they claim, and was an earlier version which was improved and named MicroVas.
The COURT has advised and WARNED the OFFICERS and DIRECTORS of MTI (MSI) that SELLING ECHO PULSE could be CONTEMPT OF COURT, and in doing so RISK FINES and IMPRISONMENT
THERE IS ONLY ONE MICROVAS AND NEUROVASIX SELLS IT. ANYTHING ELSE IS NOT.
MTI (MSI) attempts to market the ECHO PULSE using MICROVAS SEARCH ENGINES, DESCRIPTIONS and PAPERS
NOTE: neuroVasix regards any systems sold by MTI (MSI) in direct violation of the permanent injunction issued by the COURT against them, which clearly states: "MTI is prohibited from making, having made, using, importing, offering for sale or selling the MicroVas Device or any other product that includes or practices the technology that is set forth in the patents used in the MicroVas Device"
Clearly, the marketing of the Echo Pulse (or any other product) will fall under this injunction
